Service As Action

Service as Action is an integral part of the MYP. Service action starts in the classroom and extends beyond the four walls. Through MYP, students discover their place and role in society, from their immediate family to the larger community.

As students progress through the MYP, they are encouraged to make connections between what they learn at school and the environment and introspect on what they can offer to the community.

MYP 5 students collaborated with each other and organized a fundraiser to provide hygiene kits for maternity wards in a government hospital. This experience deepened their understanding of social responsibility and civic learning.

Being involved in SA activities and projects, students are equipped with the skills and knowledge to bring positive social change and evolve into reflective thinkers of society.
