For over two decades, I have worked in the field of green development and sustainability, driven by a deep conviction that sustainable living is not simply a choice, it is a responsibility towards future generations. Through my professional experience and entrepreneurial journey, I became increasingly aware of the widening gap between conventional education and the skills, values, and mindsets required to thrive in an evolving global landscape.
With this vision, I founded Ela Green School in 2018 to create an educational environment that goes beyond academic excellence and equips children with real-world competencies, global perspectives, and a strong sense of environmental and social responsibility. From the earliest years, we seek to nurture curiosity, sustainability, community, and purposeful leadership.
I firmly believe that the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy represents the future of education. Its emphasis on inquiry, international-mindedness, critical thinking, and holistic development aligns deeply with our mission and aspirations for every learner.
