I have completed my Masters in Human Resources and Management. I further pursued a Facilitator’s Training Course conducted by Zee Learn in New Delhi and received the Best Centre Coordinator award for two consecutive years and have been ranked the topper in the Zee Learn Training program.
I have an experience of 7 years during which I have taken up various roles in management. Prior to my joining Ela Green, I worked as Centre Head for more than four years.
As an Administrative Coordinator at Ela Green, I’m leading the admin team and supervising administration tasks such as the hiring procedure, vendor management, payroll, and social media activities. In the absence of Ms. Rathika, the Admissions Head, I take up the interim PRO position.
I pursued my BA in Social Sciences and MA in Social Work passing out as a Gold Medalist with a specialization in Family and Child Welfare and further completed my PGDCA, receiving First Rank.
I pitched into ELA having versatile experiences of nearly 12 years in diverse fields like software, social work, and medicine and 8 years of experience as a Centre Coordinator, & PRO in different education boards and 4 years experience in IB as Admissions Head at Ela.
As Admissions Head and PRO, I instill a sense of legitimacy about the school’s credos to the prospective parent community. Being the first point of contact for handling parents’ concerns, I ensure smooth operations on the academic and administrative front, My love for cooking has motivated me to be the In-charge of the school cafeteria as well. I’m involved in planning the menu, overseeing hygiene and safety, and supervising the Cafeteria activities.
I’m a joyful workaholic and always aspire to be one to imbibe positivity in my workspace. One of my significant achievements at Ela is receiving appreciation as a game-changer in the admission department for expanding the school students’ strength by 5 times higher than the previous academic year all within my first year of joining
I have completed my M.Com from Government Arts College Nandanum and have an experience as an accountant for 10 years in Andal Alagar college and have handled accounts for more than 2000 students.
I consider myself a determined person and hence I multi-task efficiently in every way possible. I’m well versed in Taxation and incorporate those abilities at Ela Green.
I’m also trained in organic farming which stemmed from my interests in nature and plants. I’m keen in widening my skills related to farming and the different methods needed to cultivate wide ranges of crops. One of my substantial achievement is that I’m one of the key members of the Traditional Paddy Variety Conservation Project.
I pursued my bachelor’s in History from Muthu Rangam Government, University of Madras. I have an experience of more than 10 years of assisting and maintaining stores at Shri Andal Alagar College of Engineering. My role at Ela is to oversee maintenance in and around campus in an efficient and sustainable manner. I also handle the Inward & Outward stock register and all department lab stock registers as well.
My passion lies in martial arts and have earned a blue belt in the same. I wish to pursue it further and enhance my skills and self-defence techniques.
